Tower Return Policy

It is our long-standing store policy that returns only be processed as store credit. The primary reason for this is one of nursery hygiene and in order to comply with State Nursery Standards. Once plants leave the nursery there is the possibility for contamination from a variety of sources. This makes it impossible for us to accept plants back into the nursery. Tower Gardens maintains and sells high quality plants to our customers and will not compromise the quality by reselling possibly contaminated or damaged plants. Plants may suffer severe drought damage in as little as 24 hours. The damage may not be visible for some time (consider the Christmas tree that is clearly damaged but does not drop needles for many days). No one wants to buy a “used” plant.

With your sales receipt, you may return pottery (unless it has been used) for in store credit. If soil has been added to the container, we may no longer accept it for the same hygiene reasons as above.

Tower Shipping Policy

We are not a mail order nursery and do not ship plants into WA or outside of WA.

Tower Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are issued at the time of purchase when purchased at the nursery. For those ordered on our web site, they are shipped by USPS within 24 hours of successful credit card settlement (or next day USPS has service). No cash returns or refunds are permitted for gift cards.

Tower Privacy Policy

Our customer list (web site) is private and not sold to another company. For a number of years (and the foreseeable future) we have used Vertical Response for our email list and for our mass emails. The email list is kept securely on their web site and we follow their procedures to prevent possible spam for our customers. No list of customers is available to Tower employees.
